Strange characters mostly '?' on product listings

    Hi,

    We’ve seen this issue more than a year ago but have been swamped to address it. Though I know we won’t have a global fix but I’m just curious to know why these characters got injected so we are careful in future. Thoughts? The task of clean up is monumental and we just don’t have time for cleaning all of our product listings.

    Hello,

    The question marks issue usually occur when you change your database charset. Did you do something like this? Or maybe imported products from another site?
