Strange image under h2 titles/headings in Safari?

Hi,
When I open the front page of my website in Safari Browser I see this: https://prnt.sc/nnhhwr (a stange “gone image” under every h2 titles). (it’s not there in Chrome)
I see it also in other pages: https://prnt.sc/nnhi8g (https://moow.no/om_moow/)
Some times it’s just a very small icon ( https://prnt.sc/nnhifq and https://prnt.sc/nnhij7 ) and when I refresh it goes BIG (https://prnt.sc/nnhims)!
This mess up the site. How can i fix it? I cant see any pictures in the frontend editor or when I open the site in Chrome.

Please delete this code – https://prnt.sc/nnst9f or upload these images https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/x-phone/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2017/12/title-before.png https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/x-phone/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2017/12/little-title-img.png to your media library and change URLs in the Global custom CSS.
