Hello! We have noticed this strange problem.
In mobile panel, item “Sign In” is correctly translated in all pages.

But in “Support” page it loses translation.

Please try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else?’

Yes, we have a FTP filter.
I have now disabled it.
Our problem is about FAQ page.
Only in this page, our header doesn’t work. In this page we can’t click on logo, hamburger menu and Cart Icon.
