Hi There,
I recently connected Woocommerce to Stripe and activated test mode.
When I make a purchase I am getting the error, “Please enter your card details to make a payment. Developers: Please make sure that you are including jQuery and there are no JavaScript errors on the page.”
I updated the theme to the latest version and my formatting broke:
The main nav menu background is transparent.
I used to have a boxed format with an image as site background and the container colour as black, now the site background image is constrained to the boxed format and the container colour has no effect.
I am using the dark version.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Hello,
1) Stripe problem. Please, Enable default WooCommrce theme – Storefront, disable XStore Core plugin and check if you have this issue with Stripe method. Reply back in case problem persists with our theme only! If you see the same issue even with official WooCommerce theme, please, check WooCommerce documentation and settings. Contact with WooCommerce support because we are able to provide support for issues related strictly to our theme.
2) Styles. Provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access, I’ll check what could be the reason of your issue.
Regards
Hi Olga,
Thanks for your reply.
I activated storefront and the test stripe transaction went through OK.
Reactivated xstore child theme and got the error again.
Formatting errors to date:
Menu background transparent
Background image appears within boxed container
I have also changed the font colours so I can see which I have control over, it appears the body font can no longer be edited (see terms and conditions page)
Thanks for your help, I will submit login details below.
Steve.

Hi,
I can see that someone has been into the site to have a look, thanks. I was just wondering if you had found the problems and any idea of a time scale to get the site working?
Sorry to harass you but I am ready to launch.
Steve.
Hello,
We have fixed the problems, check, please.

Hi Olga,
Brilliant!
Thanks for your rapid response in sorting out these issues. I still seemed to have a problem with the google font open sans, but I found that changing to ubuntu fixed the issue.
Great customer service, much appreciated.
Cheers,
Steve.
You are welcome!
If you like our theme 5-stars rating would be much appreciated https://themeforest.net/downloads

Hello,
I’m having exactly the same problem on my site.
Why don’t you explain how you solved Splatt issue?
That would save a lot of time to anyone getting the same problem…
Also have a paycards icons display issue on the checkout page.
You’ll find access IDs in private content.
Thanks
Regards
Fred

Hello!
I am trying to solve this issue myself with my FTP, but I can’t find the folder path you describe (xstore/woocommerce/checkout/form-checkout.php)? I know I have to replace the file, which I have downloaded, but I can’t find it in my FTP sorry.
Please help!
Thanks very much for the help and hopefully one day I’ll get the hang of this,
Frank
