STRIPE payment box reloaded at each checkout page scroll !!!!

Hello team,
I had a very big problem with my stripe payment box in the checkout page which get refreshed each time i scroll the checkout page.
I already saw that tooo many people had this problem, but it seems you didi’nt fix it yet permanently.
Please help how can i do because people are not able to buy*

1/ Please disable this option https://prnt.sc/y3IDfSKEvLu5 and check the Checkout page after that.

2/ What error do you get when entering the purchase code to activate the theme?

Dear Rose tyler,
1. THanks for your answer. Regarding the stripe box that was uploading each time i scroll the checkout page, with desactivating the sticky , now it works and it doesnt reupload : OK

2. Regarding the license, what happens is just that when a enter the license number and click on register, it keep looping like when you don”t have an internet connection. (NB: dont be confused, my internet connection is working)

So please help on this as i can’t parameter the xstore functionalities, they are all locked.

Please check the browser console and let us know what errors are there.

Do you have any errors in the logs?

The mentioned error can be in a case when you used a pirate version of the theme before or in case one of the additional plugins causes a problem on your site.

Without access, we can’t check the situation more deeply and give you a proper solution, unfortunately.

Hello, SK,

If I will not be able to solve your problem it will be passed to our dev team.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Did you follow our previous recommendations (disable 3rd party plugins, check browser console)?

How do you use XStore on the site without activating it before? If it was activated, why deactivate it? We need to understand the situation better.
Please open the browser console and record a video of what is going on when you enter the purchase code.

OUPS, you were right, it was one plugin making bad interaction.
I just register now and happy to use.
It will be the 1st over other coming websites.
A question, i may have additional questions : should i open each time a specific subject or through them here in the same discussion?
