Stripe Plugin Card value disappears as soon scrolls down on desktop

Hi Team,

I am facing a strange issue, link to the video in private content area,
As soon as user enters the card details, and scrolls down, card value goes blank.
I tries the following.
Disabled almost all plugins.
Updated Woo commerce
Updated Theme
Tried staging environment, still the issue persists in the staging environment too.

Tried Woocomerce support and stripe support, they said it’s related to theme.

*This issue is not happening in the mobile version.

Let me know if that is a known issue and have a solution already

Hi Team,

There is an update, I tried changing the theme in the staging environment and the issue does not exist there.
So it’s clear that it’s related to the theme.
Let me know what can be done to solve it.

Hello @jitendrak,

We suggest that you navigate to XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart/Checkout Layout and turn OFF the Advanced Layout. After saving the changes and clearing the browser cache, please check your site again. We believe this should resolve your issue.
