Describe the problem in more detail with screenshots, please.
Provide temporary wp-admin access.
You can use Gayzo or Lightshot screenshot tools to make and share screenshots.

Hello,

Keep Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading option disabled in Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
Check the mega menu now.
