Subcategory tile images on the homepage of the site do not appear under Primary category tile image?

Good day 8Theme Team

Please be advised that some Subcategory tile images on the homepage of the site do not appear under Primary category tile images? Instead, it displays a rectangle block containing the category description and quantity. Additionally, the tile images appear hazy or unclear. (See attached screenshots)
