Subject: Issue with Vendor Account Functionality and 404 Error Pages
Hello, QuickMoveTheme,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
What exactly vendor plugin do you use?
Can you please switch to WooCommerce default theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes) in order to check if the issue is restricted to XStore only? Let us know the result.
Best Regards,

Issue with Vendor Account Functionality and 404 Error Pages
Hello, QuickMoveTheme,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to provide you with further clarification.
XStore is compatible with the MultiVendorX plugin.
We kindly request that you test the functionality using the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, to determine whether the behavior you described is a default behavior of the Vendor plugin or if it varies with different themes. The behavior observed with the Storefront theme is considered the standard, as all plugins are developed and tested with it.
Should you observe the same behavior regardless of which of the two themes is activated, it would indicate that the issue is not related to the functionality of our theme. In this case, you need to contact the support of the WooCommerce plugin and MultiVendorX.
However, if the problematic situation occurs only with our theme and not with Storefront, we would appreciate temporary access to your site to investigate the situation further.
We hope this explanation encourages you to collaborate with our team and to conduct the test we have requested.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
It appears our account details were overlooked again. Specifically, we are using the Xstore theme with the MultiVendorX plugin, not Storefront.
We are granting you temporary access to your site to conduct a more detailed investigation into the situation.
Hello, QuickMoveTheme,
We hope this message finds you well. I would like to address a few points regarding our recent interactions to ensure clarity and effective communication:
1. This is the first instance where you have provided temporary access to the admin panel. Upon review, we confirmed that such access was not granted in any previous communications related to this conversation.
2. We are unclear as to why there is a reluctance to cooperate in conducting a simple test. This hesitancy complicates our workflow and resolution process.
3. We strive to respond promptly to your inquiries. However, please note that reply times can vary. Typically, responses can take up to 24 hours on weekdays and up to 48 hours on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). We kindly request that you refrain from submitting multiple topics for the same issue, as this does not expedite our response time.
4. Upon further investigation, we discovered that the issue was not related to the theme but was due to incorrect WooCommerce settings, which we have now rectified. You can view the changes here: https://prnt.sc/XTuiLw_MC_jl. Please clear your cache and verify the results at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your cooperation and hope to resolve any outstanding issues efficiently.
Best Regards,

We’ve encountered an issue where the registration process is not triggering the form from MultiVendorX as expected.

Our site credentials
Hello, QuickMoveTheme,
Here is what we got with the credentials you provided – https://prnt.sc/wp5OVg38NihN Please check this.

Here is the information you requested. As the developer of our website theme, we greatly appreciate your quick response. Thank you!
Dear @QuickMoveTheme,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that you have successfully configured a dedicated page for vendor registration within your MultivendorX platform. The page can be accessed by any customer and is visible in the private area, as shown here: (https://prnt.sc/zGct7TFSJ6gO).
Should you wish to enable direct access to this page via the Account element in the header, you may find a useful solution in a similar discussion on our forum: https://www.8theme.com/topic/need-assistance-for-the-my-account-widget/#post-344854.
According to the fact we don’t have your FTP details you can implement such solution by your own or provide us FTP access so we could add that PHP Snippet on your web-site.
Please be advised that any further customization of the code falls outside the scope of our standard support services.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Kind regards,
Jack Richardson
