    Hi,
    When in the sticky header, if you hover level 1 menu, the submenu opens. However, if you want to hover submenu items, submenu closes before you hover level 2 menu items.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom css > Custom css for desktop or in style.css file of child theme:

    .fixed-header-area .menu .nav-sublist-dropdown {
        margin-top: 0px !important;
    }

    Regards
