    Hello Support team
the website becoming slow, with reference to your previous suggestions.
I have already improved the allocated resources
and, now i’m writing this to you.

please look at the private content area to access the website.
Just now I have further increased the MEMORY LIMIT, detail added for your reference
also, EVERY time the website is fully re-loaded while user click any menu items – Seems ajax not functioning as expected.

and, let me have the best solution.

    Thank you

    Dear @B,

We hope this message finds you well.

Please note that replying to your own tickets will move them to the bottom of the queue, which may result in longer waiting times for a response.

Regarding your website speed, it is influenced by various factors. We noticed that you are already using a WordPress caching plugin, which is a great start. To further enhance your website’s performance, we recommend the following:

    – Utilize a CDN (Content Delivery Network) service for your scripts and images.
    – Convert all your images to the WebP format to reduce their file size.
    – Consider using an image compression plugin, such as Smush or Imagify.
    – Disable any unnecessary plugins on your website, as having too many third-party plugins can significantly impact performance.

We hope these suggestions help improve your website’s speed. Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
