I would like to see an intergrated SEO interface.

I would like to be able to use the same footer design as your templates without so Much difficulty. As well as a better interface for header customization.

I would like to see some YouTube tutorials for the more advanced designing of the templates.

I would like an easier more efficient way to add social media icons.

    Thanks

Possibility to add different breadcrumbs for each site. As i see now the only method is to add breadcrumbs from theme settings in one style.

I would suggest a sticky in forum with bundled plugins and download functionality for latest versions.
In this way customers are able to download bundled versions without waiting time for theme updates via themeforest.

I’d like to have the product title, on the single product page, removed from the breadcrumb area and placed above the price where most themes place it. Most users are used to seeing the title in that place and not in the breadcrumb area where they have to go looking for it.

    Thanks,

    AP

When you save changes in theme options how about keeping it in the same section you were in rather than having it refresh the page and move to the General section every time? It sure gets frustrating having to go back every time we save.

    Thanks,

    AP

Add follow us social icons. This is the first theme I’ve every purchased that doesn’t add them as part of the theme.

What about a simple event calendar function? We can build with the visual composer a basic event site for every special needs. But a widget for the sidebar and one into the header section….?

I would prefer a thumb instead of the pure date based sidebar preview of the blog posts. Or an option to chose between pure date and preview thumb.

I would highly suggest that the server’s php system requirements be included other than just the standard wordpress versions and php versions.

After purchasing the Royal theme it took forever to get things installed and working correctly, with the main feedback from 8Themes being to let them have access to my server so they can upload and install files. This is not acceptable. The theme should install itself with no need to give another company access to your server.

System requirements are just that, requirements, what is needed to let the install and the operation be successful.

Below if some of what I have dug up by searching thru the knowledge base.
All of this should be in the systems requirements.

1: The php class ziparchive has to be available. This means that the PHP ZIP and ZLIB modules must be install and enabled. This is not stated in the requirements and only found if searching the knowledge base after getting errors or feedback from 8Themes after getting errors.

2: max_execution_time may have to be increased but they do not say what it should be increased to.

3: memory_limit may have to be increased but they do not say what it should be increased to. I had to increase mine to 64M.

4: upload_max_filesize may need to be increased but they do not say what it should be increased to. I increased mine to 128m.

5: allow_url_fopen has to be ON.

These are all php settings which you would need access to your server shell to change. Installing the zip module is also not a standard thing and normally takes server shell access and a small amount of skill. I can only assume this is why it is not mentioned in the system requirements.

It is also mentioned in the documentation that if you have problems, then install via FTP and all will be fine. This is not the case as installing via FTP does nothing about the settings in your php.ini file.

At minimum, all of this and more should be added to a troubleshooting section in the documentation that is downloaded with the theme so that customers do not have to spend hours searching the knowledge base and testing things over and over by trial and error.

    Thank you for your time.

Like “americanpatriot” said, a social media follow shortcode for you main social media options – facebook, twitter, instagram, google+, Pinterest, youtube, and others if you feel so inclined. I would like to have a bar like the “share” shortcode It would be nice if they could be integrated or a dual function. For example, “like/follow or share”.

    Hello, @bdavis,

You can use our shortcode [share] to insert social icons (facebook, twitter, mail, pinterest, google+). If your site is not multilingual and Place in header top bar widget area is empty you may use it to display this icons (in version 1.5 we have stylized this shortcode for using in that area).

    Regards,
    Olga Barlow

First I’d like to share that the theme is highly customizable and flexible. Your support quick and good, thank you for that:-) Still I miss a few features that could be organized differently and would improve the flexibility.

    – an option to upload a different logo for mobile
    – custom.css as a field in Theme options
    – a pre-installed footer, so no more hassles with static blocks

    Regards, Ellen

Please consider making the blog Category page templates look like this:

    http://www.iamokah.org/imokahtmp/media/

Its a much more organized alternative than how they currently display, which is like this:

Ok 2 pages are a bit a lot to read carefully so here are my suggestions and proposale for Royal:

    ==OPTION TREE==
    – COLOR SCHEME: If a user sets a Site Background, let it be visible even if the website has Wide Layout (this means you have to introduce a flag to let the website be without any solid background)
    – HEADER: Let users set a header background (custom image, patterns, colors, and other combinations of them)
    – HEADER: Please put Hidden Sidebar like in Legenda (it’s very handy)
    – SHOP: Make the “Just Catalog” option settable for non logged in users
    – SHOP: Let users choose “SALE”, “NEW” and “OUT OF STOCK” icons like in Legenda (it’s very useful)
    – SINGLE PRODUCT PAGE: Make the “Custom Tab” settable by products IDs, products catagories, and so on; in this way users can set different custom tabs.
    – BLOG: Regardless of chosen blog layout (Grid, Timeline, etc) let post excerpt be displayed instead of the whole post
    – CONTACT FORM: please include Google ReCAPTCHA

    ==GENERAL==
    – Let users change preload (make a new Option Tree menu with a set of preloads icons/animations)
    – Put at least another Top bar Sidebar: its content should be diplayed just after the first sidebar.

Alright guys, right now I don’t have any other suggestion for you. Feel free to contact me anytime to speak better about what I wrote

    Hello,

I installed a premium plugin from QueryLoop called “Visual Attributes for WooCommerce” that turns WooCommerce dropdown menus for attributes (size, color, etc) into visuals: either a color, image, or icon.

I have used this plugin on other sites without issue, but encountered an issue within the Royal theme: Javascript error in etheme.js. The developer of the plugin altered his code as a “patch” but suggested I reach out to you as a courtesy to correct the issue in the theme.

I have pasted that conversation in private content.

    Please, contact administrator

Would love to be able to use the secondary Fixed Header Logo on static sub pages. Currently I have a white Main logo that works over the revolution slider on the home page but sub page headers are a white background so the logo disappears.

I already have a dark logo for the Fixed Header and would like to easily use it as the main header for subpages.

On the single product page the product description heading has a line that takes your eye to the arrows that navigate you to the next product. My client doesn’t like this and there are no options to change it. The arrows would be better placed at the bottom of the product description allowing the viewer to fully digest the info. my client’s expectation was that these arrow would reveal more about the product, which is a logical conclusion given the visual connection of a line leading from the heading “Product Description”
