Hi!
I have sent a couple of emails to customization.8theme@gmail.com but still got no answer. You said a few weeks ago that my issue with your theme needs your developers help.
I spent a lot of time debugging and finding the problem with your theme that makes it super slow, and all I got in the answers is that it is not their problem. This is not the way a reliable theme developer should handle their customers.
Why the hell can’t we just close this issue normally instead of wasting everyone’s time?
If this negligence and arrogance continues I will have to change my attitude as well.
