1/ What page builder plugin and element do you use?
2/ Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it. Please provide temporary wp-admin access
3/ Provide an example/screenshot, please. Use Gayzo or Lightshot screenshot tools to make and share screenshots

I’ve enabled Elementor for static blocks in the Settings of the plugin. Edit PreFooter static block using Elementor – https://prnt.sc/1xd4nx8
