I am writing to seek assistance with a few issues I have encountered with the XStore theme on my website. The theme has been fantastic, and I truly appreciate your efforts in continually improving its responsiveness and features. Swatch Size Reversion upon Clicking: After resizing the swatches on product pages, they revert to a very small size when clicked. This might be related to JavaScript. Assistance in maintaining the resized dimensions post-click would be highly beneficial.
Alignment in Single Product Builder: I’m facing alignment challenges in the single product builder, particularly with the product archive. The elements are not aligning as expected, and I suspect there may be conflicting settings in the customizer, especially within the WooCommerce settings. I have disabled Single Product Builder and am using the Xstore builder, but have noticed that some settings in customizer might be conflicting as some work and some do nothing.
Sidebar Widgets on Shop Page Template: The sidebar areas are not auto-populating when importing a shop page template. I need guidance on either importing these widgets or setting them up manually.
Elementor Layout Issues Post-Update: Since the update after 3.15.3 in October, I have been unable to adjust padding or margins in the layout tab on Elementor. On the staging site I have updated it to the latest and it works except being able to adjust margins and padding, I have managed a workaround using spacers. My main site is on 3.15.3 which works but has potential security risks, but it is the version of Elementor/Pro that is currently working well on my main site. (Updated Elementor cannot adjust margins or padding in Layout for containers). Any insights on this compatibility issue would be greatly appreciated.
Theme Reinstallation Consideration: Could reinstallation of the XStore theme help resolve these issues? I want to ensure that I don’t lose any site data in the process.
