We have 2 example filter widgets set up for the shop sidebar – one is swatches filter and one is just an attribute filter, both are set to the same attribute which is color, the issue is when you select another swatches filter it should stop displaying all the colors that are not present for that another filter selected, which works on the vanilla attribute filter, but not on the swatches one, so it always displays all the colors no matter what, which often leads to customers getting “nothing found” page when using filters. Both swatches and vanilla attribute filters have exact same settings. The screenshot attached shows the case when the “dark red” color is displayed even though the “flowers” picture is selected in the filter below the color and there are no products with flowers picture and dark red color

Dear @Stanislav Kuchinskii,
Sorry for the latest response.
1. We took a closer look and found that the hiding other attributes when filtering products are not available in our XStore theme yet.
However, you can submit your request on our task board at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If the request gathers enough votes, we will consider implementing it in the future.
If you require this functionality urgently, we recommend reaching out to our customization department for assistance. You can do so via the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel/.
2. For the fatal error we mentioned, it’s happening on the my account page: https://karniz2.k-style.ru/my-account/

Can you please help double check if the FTP account is correct? We enabled the WP_DEBUG but the error still not showing.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
We’re not talking about some special functionality about hiding attributes, its completely standart behaviour of vanilla woocommerce filters, how come it is not available in your theme ? Did you like disable it when implementing your filters ?
Hello, Stanislav Kuchinskii,
Please review the private content.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Do you happen to have a more competent specialist who can actually help resolve the issue and not link to a refund request ? We were trying to figure out if there’s a misunderstanding of the question, because not having a simple functionality of stock woocommerce filters in a premium theme filters does not make much sense, especially when the functionality works with the search, but not with updating a filter when another filter is selected
At the moment, we are unable to assist you until the issue with the licenses is resolved. Please check the details in the private correspondence.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
