Switched from child to core and then back and now borders appear everywhere on header for mobile

I have the same issue as the attached above it resolved it on desktop but not on mobile can someone assist please.

In order to address the concern you have raised, we kindly ask that you proceed to the following location within your system: navigate to ‘XStore’ followed by ‘Theme Options’, then select ‘Header Builder’. Once there, please make any necessary modifications and ensure to click ‘Publish’ to apply the changes.
