System Requirements Errors (API connection & Max input vars)

    Hi, I recently installed XStore and did the latest round of theme + core updates. I then see these errors (1 – API connection between XStore API with the XStore theme & 2 – Max input vars) popping up which were not present initially. See screenshotSystem Requirements Errors

    I updated Max input vars to 2000 by updating the wp.config.php file and php.ini but the changes do not show up in the WP XStore dashboard.

    Appreciate if you could take a look and advise.

    Hello, @brandonchang,

    Server configuration: It’s possible that your server configuration is overriding the values set in the php.ini file or the wp-config.php file. Contact your hosting provider or server administrator to confirm if there are any server-level restrictions in place that could be affecting the max_input_vars value and ask to increase it for you.

    And same as for the API connection, please ask your hosting provider to check that connection for you, and allow your server/site to connect with the XStore API server.

    We recommend that you contact your hosting provider to inquire if they are blocking outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.54.

    You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to fix the error with “API server connection”.
    Also, the hosting provider should be able to answer why your changes for Max input vars aren’t applied.
