System Requirements Mismatch, unable to import demo data

I am not able to import the themes because of a server issue and I don’t have access to the server because I am on direct WordPress hosting is there any way I can fix the issues using a plugin or something. The error I am getting is Max execution time and
Max input vars are not in the required environment, is there any plugin I can use to fix this situation. any suggestion would be a great help. Thank you
