    Hi,

    My menu, for tablets from 481px to 992px, has problem to show. Please make a test on a tablet and you will see what I mean.

    Click with your finger on the button “#st-trigger-effects” to see the menu. The menu stays blocked, it doesn’t show. I have to click many times to see the menu.

    I didn’t have this problem on the past.

    Many thanks.

    Hello,

    Please disable all 3rd-party plugins and check your site after that.

    Regards,

    Hello,

    Thank you but I’m not sure to understand what you told me. You think I have to disable all of my plugins? But I have important plugins, if I disable, my website doesn’t work correctly.

    You will disable them just to test mine. Once you do this you’ll be able to activate them again.

    Hello,

    I did tests, it doesn’t work. Please find a video to see what I mean.

    The problem occurs only on tablet from 481px to 992px (I tried several brands of tablet), mainly on chrome browser. On android browser, the problem is a little bit different, you will see in the video.

    Thank you.

    Hello Eva,

    I did test, it doesn’t work… Problem is still there. Do you need an other video to see it?

    What did you change?

    Thank you.

    Hello Eva,

    Ok thank you, when do you release the next update? Do you still need to have access to my ftp/wp admin?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    It would be better if you keep the login details active.
    We’re planning to release a new update approximately in 1-2 weeks.

    Hello,

    I did your last update, the menu works a little bit better but I still have the problem I mentionned.

    Does I have to do something to solve it? Maybe change some css, make the trigger button bigger? Something else?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    To make the button bigger you can use this css code:

    .menu-icon::before {
       font-size: 36px !important;
    }
