Hello,
I also have a problem with the site, when I am in the elements and edit the main page, I see them correctly exactly as they should be, but when I enter the browser as a simple user, they do not appear as they should, and if I return to the tab- nothing can be seen on tab 2, and on tab 3 the items from tab 2 appear. I will also attach 2 examples below, if you can help me please.
I have xstore V9.2.2 and child theme V1.0

Thank you very much, that problem was solved, but now I have other ones. Also there with the 3 tabs, the first tab, although it has 5 columns, only 2 appear and at a very large size, and below where I have a static block also with 5 columns, when I enter the user interface, only one product appears.
What could I do to them? I also deleted the cache and nothing.

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look at the problem.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
