Tabs section on the product page – product builder

Hello,

On the single page product builder,

There are some options/tabs which show;

1) Additional information
2) Single product custom tab

How can we edit these and how do they show on the product?
I can only see the tabs on there but I am not sure how to actually add them and show them on the products.

I do see custom tabs as well and when i activate them they don’t show up on the product.

Hello, @TFS,

First of all, You have to know from where the tabs are enabled/disabled on the single product page.

Navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Tabs see the image: https://postimg.cc/Btcrz9JQ

The “Additional Information” tab will only show if the product has weight, dimensions or attributes (with “Visible on the product page” checked). It is the default WooCommerce tab.

For the “Single product custom tab” as I told you to enable/disable the tabs make sure that the custom tab is enabled from there I hope then it will appear on the product page.

Hello Tony,

Understood!

1) Description is default and will show when information is entered
2) The reviews is the same
3) The additional information is in regards to the weight, size etc.
4) The 2 custom tabs are a feature by 8Theme
5) And the single product custom tab is a feature by 8Theme as well and will show once activated.
