On one of my pages, I use the button builder in Visual Composer, and there is a setting to have the button when clicked to open the page in a new browser window. I have it set to open in a new window and it just opens the page in the same window. There are three buttons on the Resident Portal page that I can’t get to open in a new page. Thanks for the help!
