Tea Theme import problem – not complete

    I imported this template and the photos didn’t load and now I don’t know where to replace them.

    Thanks for the reply and for the screenshots.
    Sometimes when you import demo with a great number of the images the server timeout is not enough to import all the media that demo has and this error occurred. You can choose the demo import again and at the demo content installation step don’t check all but media only https://gyazo.com/647b0452f7c5d8ddb3ebcf966506dcc0

    I already did that, but nothing helped.
    Is this the reason for my server settings or is the problem on your side?

    In this case, provide wp-admin access, so we can add images on your site manually.
    wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

    What browser are you checking it on?
    I checked on chrome now and it’s still the same.
    I cleared the browser cache.
    I am uploading a screenshot.

    Chrome browser, check the Private Content area

    Contact your hosting provider and ask to check if there is any issue with SSL.
