Hello,
When creating team members and plugging in the email address there is no mail to href.
It is simply linking to the 404 pages.

Please advise how to fix.

Hello,

To create “mailto” link for team member you need edit the file wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/shortcodes.php, find the code <a href="'.$a['email'].'">'.$a['email'] (line 1496) and replace it with this one <a href="mailto: '.$a['email'].'">'.$a['email']

That worked great!

I have another question, we are getting close to going live soon but my site feels really slow.
Is there anything you can do for me on this? It takes about 8-9 seconds to load.

Hello,

Please try to check the site load speed with default wordpress theme to compare. Or provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Hi Robert,
I don’t know how you got that score but I have ran the same test several times and can not get it lower than 9 seconds.

Additionally, the load time on my mobile device is very slow as well…using the same connection as my desktop.

Please advise.

I’ve just checked the site load speed and currently it’s 2.16s.

We recommend you to contact your hosting provider regarding this issue. Also try to check the trace from your PC to your host.
