    I hope this message finds you well. We are writing to request assistance with the configuration of our website. Our team has encountered a couple of issues that require your expertise to resolve promptly.

    Template Editor Dysfunction: We are facing difficulties with the functionality of the template editor. When attempting to make edits from the default template editor block, the editing options do not open. It seems to be stuck in a loop, attempting to display the editing options but ultimately failing to do so. This impediment severely hampers our ability to make necessary edits and updates on our site.

    Site Translation to Spanish: Our primary market speaks Spanish, making it imperative for our entire site to be translated into Spanish. Currently, the default language is English, and we need assistance in translating all content into Spanish. Additionally, we are interested to know if the template offers options for intelligent site translation, based on the geographical location of our visitors. Our main target audiences, besides Spain, predominantly speak German, French, and Italian. However, the translation to Spanish remains our immediate priority.

    1/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    2/ Loco translate plugin is used for only a single language, If you want to use your site in a multilanguage, then you have to use WPML or Polylang plugin as per your requirements: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/

I want to confirm that we have conducted tests in different browsers and none of them have allowed us to make modifications. Let me show you that even with the deactivation of the plugins that you previously deactivated, the same problem persists.

    Thank you very much for your response and your precise assistance. We want to inform you that we are still experiencing issues. We’ll share a bit about the operating system from which we make the modifications; our operating system is MacOSX, currently with the most recent updates. The browsers we use are Google Chrome, Safari, and Brave. We hope to be able to find a solution soon, as none of the configurations adjusted in other matters have been successful until the issue with the WordPress theme configuration is resolved.

    We have been diligently searching for the reasons why the template’s visualization process is not functioning. Unfortunately, we have been unable to make any modifications due to this issue. We kindly request if you are aware of any incidents related to such problems that you could share or assist us in finding a resolution. Previously, modifications could be made without any inconvenience, but with the latest update, it seems there are issues. We would like to expedite the modification processes of our template to the fullest extent possible, but we have been at a standstill due to this situation.     We have just carried out verifications and have completely cleared the cache from all browsers. Unfortunately, the issue still persists, whereas on other computers, the problem is not present. We find this highly peculiar as this computer has been used for all site edits since its creation. We cannot pinpoint the potential cause of this issue. Have you encountered any possible solutions for such cases? We would be greatly appreciative if you could identify any possible coincidences that may help us resolve this on our technical computer.

    Thank you once again for your attention to this matter. We have completed our verifications and it appears that we are still experiencing access issues from other Mac devices. We have tested with a different operating system and the problem persists. This suggests that there may be an issue related to the template or the location of the modifications, as all edits have been made from Spain.

    Could you please investigate this further? This situation is posing a real challenge to carry out all the modifications on our site. We are attaching two screenshots demonstrating that the issue persists on both computers.

Following this, please access the “Customizer” under the “Appearance” menu to verify whether the settings are loading correctly. Once this is completed, please return to “Themes” within the “Appearance” section and activate the “XStore child theme.”

    Because we are still experiencing the same issue, the theme modifier works with the previous template, but when we activate “Xstore,” it stops working.
