need in the Download option the rigth All files and Documentation for this template

In this moment All file and Documentation are for the wrong Template
https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/electron01/.
Please change.

Hello,

Thank you for choosing our XStore theme.
XStore WordPress theme comes with many demos that you’ll be able to import using XStore Dashboard but it’s still 1 theme.
To install XStore it’s assumed that you already have the working installation of the WordPress. If you have not installed WP yet you should do this. After that go to Appearance > Themes > Upload theme and install WordPress installable archive that you downloaded from ThemeForest.
After theme installation, please, navigate to XStore > Dashboard and activate the theme using purchase code. After activation you’ll be redirected to the demo installation area. Search there for the Electronics demo that you want to install and go through the setup wizard. That’s all.
If you face problems during any of these steps, please, reply back and share screenshot of the error. You can use https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html to create screenshots.
