Hi, the template is outdated ( https://gyazo.com/4432fe99f13ae91592ff8ef0b6f9e635 ) and if affects my orderconfirmation. Somehow customers dont get to see the text in the orderconfirmation anymore.
it should be this: https://gyazo.com/120e7fb47d4dd624ff343c1aebd36cb8 and they get this:

pls let me know.

Hello,

The mentioned file is the file from your child theme if you check the path in more detail. We are not responsible for files you change in the child theme. So, if this is out of date then check the source file of the WooCommerce plugin and update your file according to the new version of the WooCommerce.

Theme support is able to help you only with files from the parent theme.

It is because you updated the WooCommerce plugin. Not you need to update the theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

Next time, do not update WooCommerce plugin before the theme update, here is our changelog – https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ with info about compatibility.
