Templates gone in Visual Composer - by emeliech

Hello,

All of our templates that we had saved in Visual Composer are gone.. All of a sudden.
And I can’t save a new template either.
When I click on Save as Template, nothing happens.

Could you explain to me in more details, please, provide screenshtos for better understanding?
