Hello,
When a customer makes a purchase, it takes them to the “Terms and conditions” page. How can we change this to a “order confirmation” page?
Hello, Charles Siritho,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Please check how it works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated on the site.
If you get the same behavior, you need to contact WooCommerce support, because the situation is independent of our theme.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
It keeps taking customers to this URL

Hello, Charles Siritho,
Thank you for your response.
In case the situation is independent of our theme, we would recommend you contact the support of WooCommerce – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

I have no other site that does this, this seems to be a theme issue, can you please look into this further?
Hello, Charles Siritho,
To find out if the mentioned behavior comes from our theme or from somewhere else, we asked you to check how it works with the Storefront theme.
Did you do the test?
Provide us with temporary wp-admin access, so we can do this test on your site.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
I am writing to express my disappointment with the XSTORE theme, which has caused persistent issues in our site operations.
After much troubleshooting, we’ve identified XSTORE as the root of our ongoing problems. We’ve been forced to deactivate it and switch to the Flatsome theme, which, to our relief, has restored everything to normal.
However, the frustration stemming from these complications should not be understated. We’ve wasted precious months troubleshooting these problems, inevitably impacting our efficiency and overall productivity.
I am writing to convey my dissatisfaction and to bring to light the issues with the XSTORE theme so that necessary improvements can be made.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Best,
Charles
This seems to be the exact issue, step 3 is rerouting the checkout page to the “terms and conditions”
If you want to test it, please use coupon code testcoupon

Hello, Charles Siritho,
Take our apologies if you faced any inconvenience using our theme!
We asked you to test the problem with the Storefront theme (it can be done in a few minutes) to find out if the problem is caused by a theme or by something else and you answered that “It keeps taking customers to this URL…” But from your further responses, we are not sure that you did that test.
Do you mean that activation Flatsome theme solves the problem, but activation Storefront doesn’t solve it?
Please give a chance our team to check the problem more deeply, for this:
– Record a video of the problem, so we can repeat your actions spet by step;
– Provide FTP access. To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
Also, please check how it works when Advanced Layout is disabled in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart/Checkout Layout?
Make sure that the problem is not caused by 3rd party plugin activated on the site.
We are waiting for your response with a video where we will be able to see the problem, to be able to recreate it.
In order to test it further, we ask to create a test product that can be purchased by us for free (or without a credit card or PayPal) to reach the stage where the issue is present.
We’re really sorry it took so long investigate this issue, but as you can see we responded quickly, instead it took a few days to get a response from you https://prnt.sc/sS8Pl1MCK1fG
We always do our best to help our customers, but cooperation from your side is needed still.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Huh? I informed you I swapped themes, and I fixed the issue.
I did disable the advanced cart and it still is doing the exact same issue.
Dear, Charles Siritho,
Thank you for your response with FTP access.
We have previously requested a video detailing the issue you are experiencing, however, we have not yet received this in your responses. Please refer to the following link for reference: https://prnt.sc/hsRsDoI1WbZt
Our team is eager to assist you, but we require your cooperation to do so effectively. We kindly request that you record a video of the problem, allowing us to replicate your actions step by step.
Additionally, to facilitate further testing, we ask that you create a test product that we can purchase at no cost (or without the need for a credit card or PayPal). This will enable us to reach the stage where the issue arises.
We eagerly await your response, along with the requested video.
Kind Regards,
8theme team

Thank you for your response.

Hello, Charles Siritho,
We’ve is the answer from our developer who checked the situation on your site:
1/ We have done a test with the StoreFront WooCommerce theme and without XStore Core plugin active (to detach our theme and plugin in testing). We found that it works just the same way with the Storefront theme and attacks a link in a private content area. In such case, as it is independent of our theme and plugin you should contact to WooCommerce or find out the reasons in 3rd-party plugins you have installed.
2/ Also, we decided to make sure your test was successful as you wrote with another theme Flatsome ( https://prnt.sc/s6HzkJxC5xmx ). We did check how it works with Flatsome theme and we got the same result as we had with our XStore theme or default StoreFront theme. As a reconfirmation of our words, we attached the video below with testing of your Flatsome theme – https://we.tl/t-zRQM3ZepJq
Kind Regards,
