Terms & conditions box issue on checkout

Hi guys,

Having an issue with the terms and conditions agree to box on the checkout page on mobile. (IPad)

You have to agree to T&C’s but the box is not at the bottom but it moves out of alignment to the top so customers don’t see to check the box there.

I have found what is causing the terms checkbox to move to the top of the checkout field, it’s when I add a coupon code, it seems to cause the checkbox to move to the top.

I figured out that this is a bug when using a test product to give 100% discount, seems to be a bug?

It only happens if adding 100% coupon code so must just be a minor bug, i’m not likely to give a customer 100% off anyway.

Eva,

Coupon code in private box, please add an item and go directly to the checkout page.

You’ll see the T&C’s box go up to the top of the “Your Order” box

Hello,

I’ve sent the new theme version to your contact email address. Please check.
Don’t forget to backup your files, DB and theme options before update! Or try to update the theme on a test site.
After theme update, you should skip Setup Wizard and go to Theme Options to activate theme using your purchase code.

Hello,

Changes, to fix the problem on the checkout page, were made in the style.css file of the theme. You can compare old file and the new file from the theme and explore it.
