How Can I put one form to users enter a testimonial in about page? The theme have section of Testimonial, but I can´t find where users post your testimonials? Can I create a form to do that or only in comments of WordPress and replicate to testimonials?

Hello,

Unfortunately, we don’t have form where users can post testimonials. At present Testimonials could be added via Dashboard only.
