    Hello,

Slider won’t work if you have only one testimonial.
Add more testimonials and check slider then.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

You’re using old plugins versions. Please update Visual Composer, Revolution Slider, Ultimate VC Addons plugins. You can download them here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Hi Jack – what is the best way to update the plugins. Is it to extract them and FTP them to the Plugins directory – will I loose any settings?

    Thanks

    Hello,

You need extract the plugins archives and upload them via FTP in wp-content/plugins directory (overwrite the existing folders). You won’t lose any settings.

ok thanks. I have updated the plugins but it has caused a problem with the Info List text – It made the text a HUGE format size. I have had to remove the text – any ideas as why this has happened or how to fix?

btw: When I put the old version of VC back the problem dissappeared BUT the testimonial problem came back. Please help

    Thanks

    Hello,

As I see Info List items are shown fine http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0322/h_1458634814_4446978_1661a8e518.png .
Do you want to decrease “MOTIVATIONAL” text size?

I’ve enabled options “Optimized CSS” and “Optimized JS” in Ultimate > Scripts and Styles.
Check testimonials on home page now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
