Hi,

Is there a way to show all the testimonials at once instead of showing them in a carousel style?

Sorry for inconvenience. This option is not available in our theme. You may install 3-d party plugin for it. Thank you for understanding.

Please navigate to the appearance->widgets and replace testemonial widget with empty text widget.

That’s related to WordPress forums and not to the theme. You can try this solution to remove menu items from dashboard:
