I have just updated my staging site and notice the text under the images (on homepage and category pages) has changed as is not as it was on the style sheet. I am using a child theme so thought this shouldn’t have changed? You can see the difference by comparing live site with staging site – https://www.staging5.swankypins.co.uk Other main text has stayed the same, its just the text under the images.
I see now after clearing cache again that other main text has changed too, it is very small and the font is different.
Hello,
Connect to your server using FTP and remove all folders inside wp-content/fonts/ folder. After that go to Theme Options > choose necessary fonts and save settings.

Is that under Typography? I can’t find a theme options for ‘font’. Also I thought these options were all saved in the Child Theme so if I re-add all the fonts I use will it update in the child theme also? I am not even sure of the fonts used on different parts of the website, why has the new update removed all my existing fonts/text styles?
Can you please let me know where I find the list of fonts used if not under Typography section.
Hello,
On your site, we can see these errors in the browser console – http://prntscr.com/10vxhyh , it means fonts are not loaded correctly right now. As a rule, it will be fixed once you delete fonts from wp-content/fonts/ folder and select them one more time in Theme Options. You can simply open Theme Options on both your sites and compare fonts settings – https://prnt.sc/10vxopp It is independent of the theme update.
If this way doesn’t help, or you do not want to use this way, try the next one – solution for the “Access-Control-Allow-Origin” error – https://crunchify.com/how-to-fix-access-control-allow-origin-issue-for-your-https-enabled-wordpress-site-and-maxcdn/

Okay, I have done this and it seems to be okay now. I’ve also had to get the Quick View working again following another topic, but now I also notice another style change since the update.
The items in the top menu – ‘View Wishlist’ and ‘checkout’ button on the cart dropdown have turned black. Both should be pink as on the live site. The button shape has also changed from square to rounded corners.
Cart page – ‘proceed to checkout’ button also changed.
Checkout page – ‘place order’ button changed.
how do I get these style changes back to how they were? This latest update is proving very fiddly to put right. Thanks, Debbie

I have checked the settings against those in the live set which is correct as the theme hasn’t been updated there yet. They are exactly the same but the staging site isn’t displaying them correctly. I cannot see what I can change if all the settings are already the same? Debbie
Hello
It will be more helpful for us if you can send us your website temporary wp admin access so that we will check your issue in more details.

Hi,
Okay I attach login details for the staging site. You can see how these buttons are supposed to look on the live site http://www.swankypins.co.uk (I don’t care if the shape of the buttons has gone from square to rounded corners), its just the colours.
Thanks, Debbie
Hi,
I’ve changed settings in Theme Options > Styling > Dark buttons – http://prntscr.com/10xvb0u > http://prntscr.com/10xvb74 http://prntscr.com/10xvc9l Clear cache and check.
