Hi,
My client has an issue when she types an address into the address field in checkout. As she is typing the text suddenly highlights and then obviously is replaced by whatever key she presses next.
Here are her words
“Under “Address” when I type straight into the Unit, apartment box – it works and keeps an address, but when I type into the field “Street address” it deletes as I type.”
This doesn’t happen with any of the other fields on the checkout page (name box, email etc) on the checkout page.
She is using a Mac and Safari. However I can not reproduce the error using my version of Safari or chrome, IE, Firefox.
She has been to the Apple centre and they have told her there is nothing wrong with her hardware and she doesn’t have this happen using any other website or software.
