The Woocommerce webshop built with XStore was finished about 1-2 months ago, everything was tested and ready for launch. The client received all legal documents just now to start the business, but now, after purchasing products the “thank you page” is not showing and the emails are not sent to customer and administrator. However, the purchases are registered in Woocommerce in orders section. We upgraded the theme and all plugins. We also tried to deactivate unnecessary plugins (relating to payment methods, shipping, etc.), but it is still not working with the basic plugins. Any idea how to fix this issue?

Now it turned out, the “Order Minimum/Maximum Amount for WooCommerce” generated the problem since it blocked the checkout page.
