    Hello Fernando,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would like to advise you to utilize the “Archive Products” element within the Archive Product Builder and select “Edit Template,” rather than using the “Products Grid” element. The reason for this recommendation is that the “Products Grid” element only displays products and does not support filtering functionalities.

Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello Fernando,

Have you replaced “Products Grid” element with “Archive Products” on all your achieve page templates? Please provide the URL of page where filters don’t work with Archive Products instead of Products Grid.

    Hello Fernando,

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product catalog > Default Product Sorting – these settings come from the WooCommerce plugin.
By default, the sort order for products is “Custom Ordering + Name”. Navigate to Products, then click Sorting. From this page, you can simply drag and drop the product rows to reorder them https://gyazo.com/c680776c6d72e5bddf1457442afbca87
If this doesn’t give you the desired result, we would recommend you contact support of WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ , because our theme doesn’t have additional settings for this.

    Best Regards,

The problem in archive is that i have two types of products, Cosmetic and treatments, if i use archive product for using the filter i cant separete them in categorys, and all products appears there.
There is not other way to use the archive and the filter? separating them in 2 types?

    Dear @Fernando,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you that our ‘Archive Products’ Elementor widget operates based on the query generated by the WooCommerce plugin. This implies that the display of products using our widget on your shop will remain consistent, even if you switch to a default theme such as Storefront, without utilizing our builder.

It appears that your inquiry pertains to functionalities typically handled by WooCommerce support. Therefore, I recommend that you direct your query to their support forum for more specialized assistance. Generally, the main Shop page is designed to display all products across all categories by default. Currently, it is not feasible to selectively disable some products on the main shop page using standard options, as implementing such a feature universally is quite complex. To our knowledge, you are the first to request this specific functionality.

To address your needs, you may consider the following options:
    1. Submit a request to the WooCommerce plugin support at: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
    2. Request additional customization through our service at: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. Please note that such customizations fall outside our standard support scope.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
