The “Add cart / By Now Button” widget doesn’t work

HI,
I have a problem with the “Add cart / By Now Button” widget… it doesn’t add the number of products when I click the plus… it doesn’t work!
I can’t understand why!

I’m explained….
When I go to buy a product I have to choose the quantity of the product to put in the cart… at the moment it doesn’t work!

We have reviewed your website and added a new test product. Upon testing, we found that the product quantity functionality is working correctly for the newly added product. However, the issue persists with the existing products.

Could you please confirm if the products on your website were imported? If so, we kindly suggest reaching out to your service provider to address and resolve this matter.
