Hello!

The buy now button does not work. Just add the product to the cart but do not proceed to payment.

I went back to version 6.6.2 to fix the translation issues thinking this would also be fixed but the error remains.

Please can you review the problem?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

Hello,

When I change the child theme to the parent theme and clear the cache and then return to the child theme, will there be changes to the current configuration of my website?

Does this move from child theme to parent theme to child theme affect my current website?

I don’t want to lose any of the aesthetics or structure of my site.

Hello,

Switching themes should not cause any significant issues. However, it may result in a change in the positioning of widgets. To address this, we recommend the following solution:

Before switching themes, navigate to the Appearance > Widgets tab. This will allow you to easily move the widgets back to their correct areas after switching.
