Even after adding products to the cart, the message “No products in the cart, Return to shop” is displayed, preventing me from making any purchases.

    Hello, @SkipFreedom,

We kindly request that you navigate to the following location within your website’s dashboard: Xstore >> Theme Options >> Speed Optimization, and proceed to disable the ‘Always Load Wc-Cart-Fragments’ feature. Subsequently, please clear your website’s cache and review the changes.

Should the problem persist, we recommend deactivating all non-essential third-party plugins that were not included with the XStore theme. A comprehensive list of the included plugins can be found here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. After deactivating these plugins, please clear your browser’s cache and re-evaluate the situation.

In the event that the issue remains unresolved, we ask that you maintain the deactivation of all third-party plugins and permit us to conduct a thorough debugging process on your site. This may involve deactivating plugins and reversing any customizations made on the site to identify the root cause of the problem.

For us to proceed with this investigation, we require access to your site’s administrative panel. Please provide your WordPress Admin credentials in the private content section of this support thread:

    – WP Admin URL:
    – WP Admin Username:
    – WP Admin Password:

We strongly advise you to create a complete backup of your site before making any changes or providing credentials.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this matter efficiently.

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hai,
The issue is with the Dokan Pro plugin. When the plugin is deactivated, the cart shows correctly. But we need the Dokan Pro plugin. What do we do?

    Hello, @SkipFreedom,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ Contact support of Dokan Pro plugin and ask for assistance from their side.

2/ Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can check what can be done to help.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
