Hi
Before all I want to thank you for your quick assistance.
As your guidance, I created an admin acount to check where the probleme is.
I want to inform you that I checked in the Cpanel at the PHP option, I saw that “Max Input Time = -1”, Is it ok?
And If you can advice me about what extention work well with Xstore? for cache and security for exemple.
Thank you again, Waiting for your response.
Hello Lyes,
We appreciate your prompt response.
– We’ve disabled “Static Blocks Cache” and “Remove Query Strings From Static Resources” via Theme Options > Speed optimization.
Please try to edit the Footer now via XStore Builders > Footer > edit template. Let us know the result. If the issue persists, please record a video of your actions and the problem.
– As we can see, in WooCommerce > Status on your site, the Max input vars is 2000 and this is the correct value.

– To enhance the security of your e-commerce website, we recommend considering several reputable security plugins:

2. Sucuri Security – Offers security features like security activity auditing, file integrity monitoring, and malware scanning.
3. iThemes Security – Helps to prevent common issues and enhances user credentials with strong password enforcement and two-factor authentication.
Each of these plugins offers different features that can help secure your website from various threats. We suggest evaluating each option to determine which best meets your specific needs.
