    Hello, I have 2 questions:
1 – I tried to apply the “As IDs provided order” sorting to order the categories in the product categories widget but it didn’t work..
Could you tell me how can I achieve that please, cause it’s really important for me to order them ?

2- Is there a way to order also the products in the archive and the shop pages following a categories custom order ?
    Thank you

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Regarding the “As IDs provided order” sorting in the product categories widget, please ensure that you have correctly entered the category IDs in the desired order. If the issue persists, kindly provide us with more details, such as temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can further investigate and assist you accordingly.

    2. You can edit Product Sorting on the Shop page, via Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce (Shop) > Product catalog > Default Product Sorting – these settings come from WooCommerce and are independent of XStore.
By default, the sort order for products is “Custom Ordering + Name”.

    Best Regards,

    Dear @mitys,

I hope you are doing well.

We would like to bring to your attention a known issue in Elementor related to sorting items within the Select2 field. You can find more details about this issue here: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/13078.

If this issue has not yet been resolved, we kindly suggest exploring alternative sorting methods within the widget, such as sorting by ‘Title,’ ‘Menu Order,’ or ‘ID.’ Additionally, you may consider using a different ‘Spotlight’ widget, which could offer more flexible options and an improved UI/UX design, as it has been developed from scratch.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hello,
I finished by setting the sorting logic to ‘Menu Order’.
