Hi! On mobile devices, the default desktop home page is not displayed. The header, footer, and content are not shown. How can I configure it to be displayed on mobile? Thank you.
This is currently how it appears on mobile devices. It appears to be an older version of the home page with the old site style:
How it should look:
Hello, Cristian Rodriguez,
Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching out to our support center.
We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. Please clear your browser cache and check your site again. We have deactivated the XStore AMP plugin for you. We have also recorded a video for your reference. https://www.veed.io/view/6ced66f8-6090-426b-976b-6790707f1d0b?sharingWidget=true&panel=share
It appears that this issue is related to the XStore AMP plugin. Are you planning to use the AMP version? If not, we recommend that you keep the XStore AMP plugin disabled.

Hi! I still have the same problem. Look at this:
For example, the child theme Xstore Child 5, should be look at this:
https://greendeco.demolegene.com.ar/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Sin-titulo.png
But, when we can access to the URL fo this child theme, look at this:
The URL access is https://greendeco.demolegene.com.ar/?id=5
This bug happen only in mobile version
Please i need a solution for this error. Thanks.
Hello, Cristian Rodriguez,
It is a really strange situation. Please try to do the next:
In order to troubleshoot the issues you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling ALL third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and server cache then check the header again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

Hi! I have already deactivated all cache and third-party plugins, but the issue still persists. Here are the URLs and their respective child themes:
https://greendeco.demolegene.com.ar/?id=2 : Xstore Child 2
https://greendeco.demolegene.com.ar/?id=5 : Xstore Child 5
https://greendeco.demolegene.com.ar/?id=9 : Xstore Child 9
They should display the same header, however, they appear differently on mobile devices. I have already tried clearing the cache of both my browser and WordPress.
Hello, Cristian Rodriguez,
Could you please explain why you use a few child themes on the same site?
Do you make it using a 3rd party plugin?

Hi! I use several child themes because each one is associated with a different WhatsApp number. Depending on the URL suffix displayed, the associated WhatsApp number is shown. For example: if the URL ends with ?id=5, it is associated with WhatsApp +54 9 11 6855-9858. If it ends with ?id=9, it is associated with WhatsApp +54 9 11 3435-5999.
Hello, Cristian Rodriguez,
Theme options you configure are “attached” to theme you have active on the web-site (for more information about basic wordpress function that we use for setting/getting option, please read next article → get_theme_mod() | Function | WordPress Developer Resources ) so we think that each you child-theme has different options now (for header styling expecially) and they should be same configure (export correct options + import file to active child which has broken styles).
It is important to add that it is not a good idea to have multiple themes or use a plugin that allows such cases. If you do such things then probably you will have issues that are not related to our theme but could be replicated with any theme active.
