    Hello,

    To enable the Classic Widgets Panel, please navigate to Theme Options > General and set the Enable Classic Widgets Panel option to On. Then, go to Appearance > Widgets and edit content of Header banner area.

    If this is not what you are looking for, please provide a screenshot of the banner.
    You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/
