The demo does not install

Hi, the first time I installed legend with the e-commerce demo everything was fine. Then I had to reinstall wordpress, I reinstalled the Legend theme but the demos don’t install, it gets stuck on the page with the message “Importing demo content … Please wait, it may take up to 2 minutes.”
Even the first time he did this but the demo was then visible and installed, this time no, the demo is not installed, no demo is installed. If I go to “Theme Options” and try to install a demo the message “Ajax error” appears. How can I solve this problem?
