The demo themes fall apart and the site becomes unusable

Hello,
I encounter a problem that repeats itself on several hostings on which I tested the demo theme.
I have tried several demo themes up to the present time with the idea of staying in the end with one of them.
The big problem is that every time, after about 48 hours, all the tried demos fall apart. The site almost becomes unusable
Many of the advertising images disappear; the logo disappears and even the area where the logo should have been. So it is not possible to return “Home”.
Sometimes there are errors on the page.
Can you help me tell me what the problem is that something like this happens?
For example: Electronic Mega Market theme or Niche Market 02 theme.

Please provide temporary wp-admin access, not Cpanel.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password.

Please edit your header with the Elementor, we’ve added the link to private content area.

Then change Edit Site Logo > change Site Logo: https://prnt.sc/5vLu39xyJfh2

Do you want us to import the Niche Market 02 demo for you?

Please note that import demo will delete the existed products.

Maybe you can set it so that I don’t lose the demo data after installation.
I know that the data imported until now is lost, but it is not a problem. I reimport them.

In this case, you just need to delete the contents are related to Niche Market 02 Demo.

That step will be included when you install a new demo.
