Hello, I have purchased your theme and I want to use it. I have been using electro theme at the moment and your theme seems very interesting to me but I am having trouble installing it and I am very frustrated. I imported the demo and the header does not appear.
Please import the demo first because I am an amateur and this is very frustrating for me. The store has been functional and I have stopped working just to change the theme. I do not have much time to waste so I would really appreciate your help.
    Thank you for your help

    Thanks for your work.
1- I see that the page loads more slowly. Your demo is faster. I know there are several factors but it seems more like a theme issue and not optimization. I have Sitegrund hosting on the GrowBig plan. Please check what you can do. Thank you very much. Please check the video.
2- Also when you click on the image after it opens there is no X (Close) button. You have to go back to go to the product

    Hello, EdmondS,

A WordPress child theme is a theme that inherits the functionality of the parent theme. With a child theme, you can make modifications or add additional functionality to the parent theme. The child theme offers the safest and easiest way to modify an existing theme, whether you want to make a few small changes or extensive ones.

You can rename the child theme (in style.css file of this theme), but do not change the name of the parent theme and template name in the mentioned file ( https://prnt.sc/6huivZ0D6aEuhttps://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/ ). Check this topic – https://www.8theme.com/topic/failed-to-update-the-update/ You can re-name the parent theme later when work on the site is finished, but we won’t recommend it because you won’t be able to use auto-update in the future and need to update the theme manually.

White Label Branding plugin allows you to customize the XStore theme Control Panel, customizer styles, theme preview image with your personal branding according to your needs.
The plugin is suitable for developers who have many clients or for those who want to reflect their unique brands while creating websites. From now you don’t need additional coding to personalize theme Control Panel and theme options. It saves both: time and money.
For more details, please refer to the following documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/white-label-branding-plugin/

We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello, EdmondS,

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

1/ To adjust the number of products displayed in the cart, please navigate to Header Builder with Elementor > edit template > Cart settings > Off-Canvas/Dropdown > Products Amount > set the desired value.

2/ The message you are currently seeing was generated using the Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR/CCPA plugin. We recommend checking the settings of this plugin. If the current configuration does not meet your requirements, you may consider replacing it with an alternative plugin of your choice.

3/ Follow this article to create translations for the theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ and then you will find desired strings in Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore Core > edit translation.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
