    Hello, good morning:

I have noticed that in products with variants, the estimated delivery doesn’t appear, for example: https://armatactica.com/bolsas-bandoleras-policiales/bolsa-bandolera-hazard-4-plan-b-17/
Neither when you enter the product nor when you select the option.
How can I make it visible for all?

Another thing I want to mention:
Below, in the product, I have the option of related items. Even though I configure the related items, it shows whatever it wants. Is there a way to configure it by category or tags?

Thank you very much in advance, and Merry Christmas from Spain!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, @armatactica,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1. A/ Upon thorough investigation, we have verified the functionality of the Estimate Delivery option on our test site, and it is working correctly. The issue only persists on your site

We suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your Child Theme.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

B/ Please read our theme documentation about Estimate Delivery: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/xstore-setup-booster-sales-estimate-delivery/

C/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

2/ WooCommerce, by default, selects products randomly that have the same tags or products within the same category to be displayed as “related products” on the single product page. For this reason, it’s a good idea to add your product to a category that has other similar or related products in it.

For a comprehensive understanding of the subject, we kindly invite you to peruse the following article which offers detailed insights: https://pluginrepublic.com/woocommerce-related-products/#:~:text=WooCommerce%2C%20by%20default%2C%20selects%20products,or%20related%20products%20in%20it

We hope you find the information provided to be beneficial.

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team
