hello. all attributes are translated and assigned to products. everything worked before. I don’t know when it stopped working, haven’t used it in a long time.

1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
2/ Try to go to WooCommerce > Status > Regenerate the product attributes lookup table > regenerate all the products you have and try to filter after that.
